OUR STORY
Good Stuff Maple Products was founded over a decade ago in Calgary by Robert Desbiens. Robert grew up near Rimouski, Quebec. He was one of 16 children and had countless family members, many of whom had maple farms - or cabane a sucre.
When Robert moved to Alberta to become a teacher he found how lacking the maple syrup was out here - he was shocked by the amount of maple flavoured corn syrup being called the real thing. He did what any self respecting Quebecois man would do, he tapped his family for an endless supply of flavourful and pure maple syrup.
Many moons ago, Robert met Joyce Wright and they bonded over their mutual love of maple syrup. They became partners in life and business. Joyce has added her flair in the kitchen, starting with the myriad of baked goods (or mapley goodness) to Good Stuff Maple's tasty line of products.
